Zachary believes that each client is unique and as a result so as to are the course and expression of their symptoms. Using This philosophy Zachary focuses on collaborating with clients on developing their own personalized treatment plan that maximizes personal recovery, promotes emotional growth, and facilitates effective management of their lives. Approaching therapy in this way often involves working with clients on identifying, understanding, and then effectively addressing their symptoms in the here and now instead of focusing on events in the past. Through this approach, clients develop into experts on themselves, learn skills that will increase their resiliency, and ultimately reduce their suffering.
